Power Brake Unit: Installation
Check booster-to-master cylinder push rod length at measurement "L". See Fig 1. Length should be .409" (10.4 mm) on Justy, .394" (10 mm) on XT6 and .366" (9.3 mm) on Legacy, Loyale and XT. Ensure booster resin material around brake pedal rod is not damaged. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed hydraulic system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM.
