Front Rotor: Removal
- Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel. Remove caliper assembly, and wire aside. Disconnecting brake line or parking brake cable from caliper is not necessary. Remove caliper support bracket with attached disc pads from steering knuckle.
- Remove cotter pin and nut from axle shaft. On Justy, remove center piece wedge using a screwdriver. Lightly tap screwdriver into center piece slot to spread wedge, and remove it from axle.
- On all models, remove rotor and hub assembly from axle shaft using a puller. Separate rotor from hub.
