Front Disc Rotor: Removal

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove tire and wheel. Remove disc pads. Remove caliper assembly and hang from frame with wire. DO NOT disconnect brake line. Remove caliper mounting bracket bolts and bracket.
  2. Remove cotter pin and nut from axle shaft. On Justy, remove center piece with a screwdriver. Remove rotor and hub assembly. On all other models, remove rotor and hub assembly from axle using a puller. On all models, separate rotor from hub.
