Brake Pedal Clevis Free Play
With engine off (no vacuum to booster), there should be play between operating rod clevis pin and brake pedal. If there is no free play, loosen operating rod lock nut and adjust. Pedal play should be 0.04-0.12" (1-3 mm). See Fig 1
