Wheel Bearing

Tighten spindle nut to 29 ft. lbs. (39 N.m). Rotate drum several times to seat bearings. Loosen nut. Check starting torque of drum using spring scale attached to wheel lug nut. Starting torque should be 3.1-4.4 lbs. (13.7-19.6 N). Tighten spindle nut until proper starting torque is obtained.
