Removal (2WD Models)

Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly. Remove dust cap and flatten lock washer. Remove axle nut, lock washer and washer from axle shaft. Remove caliper assembly (if equipped). Remove drum or disc/hub and outer bearing together. Remove spacer using a puller. Remove oil seal and inner bearing. Remove "O" ring. Remove outer bearing races using a hammer and brass drift.
