Wheel Bearing: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Press outer race of inner bearing in using Bearing Installer (925220000). Press outer race of outer bearing into drum using Bearing Installer (921130000). Stepped surface of the spacer must face toward the bearing. Use a new lock washer and a new O-ring for dust cap.

1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten ring nut to specification. Lock the ring nut by staking a point on the housing surface facing the ring nut groove.
2. Install new inner and outer oil seals using Installer (925530000). Tighten castle nut to specification. Ensure washer is positioned behind castle nut. Bleed brakes, and check rear wheel alignment.
