Instrument Panel - Electronic: Description

Cluster includes a digital display speedometer and tachometer. Fuel and temperature gauges are displayed in bar graph form. In addition the tachometer is shown in a horizontal bar graph on Sedan and Station Wagon models and a vertical bar graph on XT Coupe models. A microcomputer runs the speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge and temperature gauge. Vehicle speed, coolant temperature and fuel level are indicated using fluorescent display tubes.

A 7 function trip computer is located in the instrument panel to provide time of day, alarm clock, range to empty, distance traveled, estimated time of arrival, average speed and self-diagnosis.
