Removal (Turbo Models)

  1. Remove wiring harness from intake manifold by disconnecting at auxiliary air valve, throttle switch, FICD solenoid valve, temperature gauge sending switch, EGI coolant thermosensor, and ground terminal at pressure regulator stay.
  2. Remove fuel rail assembly, vacuum hoses, blow-by hose, heater hoses, throttle body preheat hose, and EGR pipe. Remove 6 manifold attaching bolts and manifold.
