Cylinder Head: Removal

  1. Remove intake and exhaust manifolds. Remove injectors (turbo only). Remove valve covers, rocker arm shafts and push rods.
    NOTE: Keep push rods in order for installation in original position.
  2. Loosen cylinder head bolts in the sequence shown in Fig. Fig 1 . Remove cylinder heads.
