Cleaning & Inspection

  1. Clean all components in brake fluid. Inspect cylinder bore for smoothness and roundness. Replace cylinder if scored or out of round.
  2. DO NOT  hone master cylinder. Check piston-to-cylinder clearance, and replace master cylinder if clearance is excessive or parts are worn.
