Engine Identification

The engine can be identified by the sixth digit in the VIN on all models except those equipped with turbo. Turbo models can be identified by the sixth (engine) and seventh (turbocharger) digits. The VIN is stamped on a metal tab located on top of the instrument panel near the lower left corner of the windshield.
