Carrying Out Bleeding Operation - AR42.10-P-0010-02SR

1. Set bleeding pressure on filling and bleeding unit to 1.5_to 2.0 bar.
2. Remove cap from bleed screw of wheel brake cylinder (1).
3. Connect bleed hose of bleed bottle to bleed screw.
4. Open bleed screw.
5. Keep bleed screw open until the brake fluid flows out.
6. Close bleed screw
7. Detach bleed hose from bleed screw.
8. Fit cap onto bleed screw.
9. Repeat operation steps  2 to  8 on wheel brake cylinder (2).

   The bleeding pressure must be built up at least approx. 3 minutes before a bleed screw is opened and held constant to stabilize the pressure in the hydraulic system.

10. Remove cap from bleed screw of brake caliper (3).
11. Connect bleed hose of bleed bottle to bleed screw.
12. Open bleed screw.
13. Keep bleed screw open until the brake fluid flows out.
14. Close bleed screw .
15. Detach bleed hose from bleed screw.
16. Fit cap onto bleed screw.
17. Repeat operation steps  10 to  16 on brake caliper (4).
