Evaluation of brake tests on passenger car test stands

In accordance with the country-specific legislation and Mercedes-Benz specifications, the specified minimum requirements and tolerance limits for the brake system must be fulfilled on a vehicle-specific basis.

If the specified minimum requirements and tolerance limits for the brake system scopes to be tested are not complied with, this must be rejected and rectified subject to separate repair order after a conducted diagnosis and the corresponding findings.

For the Federal Republic of Germany, 29 StVZO (German vehicle licensing regulations) or the 96/96/EG, 09/2010/EG Directive applies with regard to the legal minimum requirement for the brake system.
