Remove Outer Rear Wheel Well - Ar63.10-P-0660-01SR

Model 453.3/4 

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on model 453.3 and must be performed on the right side in the same way in the event of damage.

1. Expose spot welds on outer rear wheel well (1) and cut out (areas A and B).
2. Remove outer rear wheel well (1).

3. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the crosshatched inner C-pillar sidewall.

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

4. Remove grinding dust and drill chips.
5. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
