Install Side Wall Paneling - Ar63.10-P-0110-06SR

Model 453.0/3 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed in the same way on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Install side wall paneling, fit.
2. Remove side wall paneling.
3. Apply 2-component adhesive in crosshatched areas on body (area N).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces. Observe manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of adhesive.

4. Apply sealant to foam parts in crosshatched areas (areas M and O).

5. Install side wall paneling (1), fit and fix in place.

6. Side wall paneling (1) (areas R, S, T and U).

   Area W can vary according to the selected separating point.

7. Side wall paneling (1) ( (area P or P 1 and area Q).

   Inert gas weld in intervals and allow welding area to cool own in between. Reduces heat distortion.

8. Drill out side wall paneling (1) with a 7 mm bit one sheet metal thickness (areas W and X).

   Area W can vary according to the selected separating point.

9. Side wall paneling (1) (areas W and X).

   Areas S and T can vary according to selected separating point.
