Install Main Floor Panel - Ar63.40-P-1180-11SR

Model 453.3/4 

1. Install main floor (4), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes on main floor (4) (area L).

3. Remove main floor (4).
4. Drill rivet holes on main floor (4) and deburr on body on both sides.
5. Remove grinding dust and drill chips.
6. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
7. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched area (areas M ₁ and M ₂ ).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces. Observe manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of adhesive.

8. Install main floor (4), fit and fix in place.
9. Rivet main floor (4) with 6.5 x 12.5 rivets (area N).

10. Main floor (4) (areas O ₁ , O ₂ and O₃ ).
11. Install seat console (3), fit and fix in place.
12. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes on seat console (3) (areas X ₂ and X₃ ).

13. Install crossmember (2), fit and fix in place.
14. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes on crossmember (2) (area X₁ ).
15. Remove crossmember (2) and seat console (3).
16. Deburr rivet holes on crossmember (2), seat console (3) and body on both sides.
17. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
18. Install seat console (3), fit and fix in place.
19. Rivet seat console (3) with 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas P₄ and Q₃ ).

20. Seat console (3) (areas Q ₁ and Q₂ ).
21. Seat console (3) (areas R₁ and R₂ ).
22. Install crossmember (2), fit and fix in place.
23. Rivet crossmember (2) and 6.5x12.5 blind rivets (area P ₃ ).
24. Crossmember (2) (areas P₁ and R₂ ).
25. Install reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.
26. Reinforcement (1) (areas T₁ , T₂ and T₃ ).
