Separating Side Roof Frame - Ar65.20-P-1200-01SR

1. Expose spot welds on side roof frame (1) and cut (areas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M and N).

2. Remove side roof frame (1).
3. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the crosshatched inner C-pillar sidewall.

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

4. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
5. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
