Installing Side Roof Frame And Welding In - Ar65.20-P-1200-03SR

MODEL 453.3 

1. Install side roof frame (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes side roof frame (1) (areas P, S and T).

3. Remove side roof frame (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on side roof frame (1) and body on both sides.
5. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
6. Install side roof frame (1), fit and fix in place.
7. Rivet side roof frame (1) with 6.5x12.5 blind rivets (areas P and S).
8. Rivet side roof frame (1) with 6.4x15.5 countersunk head blind rivet (area T).
9. Side roof frame (1) (areas O, Q, R, W, Y and Z).
10. Drill side roof frame (1) with 7 mm sheet metal thickness (areas U, V and X).
11. Side roof frame (1) (areas U, V and X).
