| 1 | Reduce the vacuum in the brake booster (2) by pressing the brake pedal several times | ||
| 2 | Open maintenance flap | ||
| 3 | Pull vacuum line (1) out of brake booster (2) | If there are problems: ↓ Install new seal (3). |
|
| 4 | Release vacuum line (1) at T-piece (4) and pull off | ||
| 5 | Remove vacuum line (1) | ||
| 6 | Release vacuum line (5) at T-piece (4) and pull off | ||
| 7 | Unclip vacuum line (5) from bracket on longitudinal member | ||
| Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. | Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. | AS00.00-Z-0010-01A | |
| 8 | Raise vehicle with vehicle lift | ||
| 9 | Remove underfloor panels | ||
| 10 | Release vacuum line (5) at connecting point (6) on underfloor and pull off | ||
| 11 | Unclip vacuum line (5) from brackets | ||
| 12 | Remove vacuum line (5) | ||
| 13 | Release vacuum line (7) at connecting point (6) on underfloor and pull off | ||
| 14.1 | Release vacuum line (7) on intake manifold (8) from below and pull off | MODEL 453 with ENGINE 281.920 | |
| 14.2 | Release vacuum line (7) on charge air pipe from below and pull off | MODEL 453 with ENGINE 281.910 | |
| 15 | Unclip vacuum line (7) from brackets | ||
| 16 | Remove vacuum line (7) | ||
| 17 | Install in the reverse order |
