Apply Adhesive Material For Glass Pane On Panoramic Roof - AR77.21-P-0750-04SRA

with CODE E22 (Panoramic sunroof) 

Panoramic roof (3) must be mounted within 2 min of adhesive material application on roof frame.

Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

Durability is reached after approx. 2 h, measured from time when panoramic roof (3) is installed. The nominal strength is achieved only after approx. 8 h.

1. Cut application nozzle (2) to size so that a uniform bead with a height (b) of approx. 12 mm and a width of approx. 8 mm can be applied.

2. Apply adhesive bead in bonding area (C) on panoramic roof (1) as shown in the picture below.

   Workshop equipment is linked in EPC with replacement part.

   Completely press out glue not required immediately following application (disposal).
