Install Mounting Bracket For Engine Suspension - Ar64.10-P-2000-03SR

Model 453.0/3/4 

1. Install mounting console (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes on mounting console (1) (areas I and J).

3. Remove mounting console (1).
4. Drill rivet holes in mounting console (1) and deburr on body on both sides.
5. Remove grinding dust and drill chips.
6. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
7. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas (areas K and L).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces. Observe manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of adhesive.

8. Install mounting console (1), fit and fix in place.
9. Rivet mounting console (1) with 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas N₁ , N₂ , N₃ and N₄ ).
10. Mounting console (1) (area M).
11. Mounting console (1) (area O).
