Install Upper Front Longitudinal Member - Ar62.20-P-1286-03SR

MODEL 453 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be accomplished analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Install upper front longitudinal member (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes in front upper longitudinal member (1) (area D).

3. Remove upper front longitudinal member (1).
4. Deburr drill holes on upper front longitudinal member (1) and body on both sides.
5. Remove drilling shavings with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
6. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
7. Install upper front longitudinal member (1), fit and fix in place.
8. Rivet upper front longitudinal member (1) with 6.5 x 12.5 rivets (areas I, H and G).
