Remove/Install Soft Top Roof Cassette - AR77.30-P-1109MCO

	Remove
1	Remove folding roof		AR77.30-P-1100MCO
2.1	Pull roof cassette seal (1) on left and right, from rear toward front, out of guide (3)	Model 451.4
2.2	Pull seal of roof cassette (1) on left and right out of guides (3) backwards from the front, detach from rear soft top (2) and remove	Model 453.4
	Clean
3	Remove sealing and adhesive residues and clean sealing and bonding areas	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
	Check
4	Check sealing on seal of roof cassette (1)	Model 453.4 If complaint present ↓ Replace seal Rear window sealing profile	*BR00.45-Z-1084-01A
	Install
5.1	Insert roof cassette seal (1) from front toward rear into guide (3)	Model 451.4 Insert roof cassette seal (1) so that it is flush with the guide (3). The sealing lip on the roof cassette seal (1) should make contact with rear soft top covering (2) over the entire length.
5.2	Insert seal of roof cassette (1) flush in guides (3) backwards from the front, and press onto rear soft top (2)	Model 453.4 The seal of the roof cassette (1) must be in contact and bonded with the rear soft top (2) along its entire length.
6	Lift roof cassette seal (1) in front area (arrow) and additionally glue to guide (3)	Model 451.4
		On left and right side of vehicle. Ultra-fast super glue 20 g. Sabesto	*BR00.45-Z-1095-02A
7	Lift roof cassette seal (1) at rear and attach sealing strip (5) to paneling (4)	Model 451.4 Length of sealing strip (5) approx. 50 mm. Sealing strip 119.32 Terostat 20x2 mm	*BR00.45-Z-1088-01A
8	Remove protective foil from sealing strip (5) and firmly press on roof cassette seal (1)	Model 451.4 The sealing lip on the roof cassette seal (1) should make contact with rear soft top covering (2) over the entire length.
9	Install folding roof		AR77.30-P-1100MCO
