Partially Install Longitudinal Member Inner Shell On Entrance - Ar63.30-P-1143-03SRA

Model 453.3/4 

1. Install longitudinal member inner shell on entry (3) and reinforcement (2), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes on longitudinal member inner shell on entry (3) and reinforcement (2) (areas G₁ and G₂ ).

3. Remove longitudinal member inner shell on entry (3) and reinforcement (2).
4. Deburr rivet holes on longitudinal member inner shell on entry (3), reinforcement (2) and body on both sides.
5. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
6. Install longitudinal member inner shell on entry (3), fit and fix in place.
7. Longitudinal member inner shell on entry (3) (areas G₁ , G₂ , G ₃ , H ₁ , H₂ and H₃ ).

8. Install reinforcement (2), fit and fix in place.
9. Rivet reinforcement (2) with 6.5x12.5 blind rivets (areas J₁ and J ₂ ).

10. Reinforcement (2) (areas I ₁ , I ₂ and I₃ ).
11. Install rear wheel well (1), fit and fix in place.
12. Rear wheel well (1) (areas L and M).

13. Rear wheel well (1) (areas K ₁ , K₂ and K₃ ).
