Install And Weld In Reinforcement For B-Pillar - Ar63.20-P-1351-04SRC

Model 453.4 

1. Install B-pillar reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill 6.7 mm rivet holes in B- pillar reinforcement (1) (areas A and B).

3. Remove B-pillar reinforcement (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on B-pillar reinforcement (1) and body on both sides.
5. Remove drilling chips.
6. Apply zinc dust paint to rivet holes.
7. Install B-pillar reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.
8. B-pillar reinforcement (1) (areas C, D and E).

9. Rivet B-pillar reinforcement (1) with 6.5x12, 5 blind rivets (areas A ₁ and B₁ ).
