Install Spoiler On Front Bumper - AZ88.20-P-0010-02SR

1. Clean front spoiler lip (2) in cross-hatched areas.

   The area to be glued must be free of dust and grease.

   Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.

2. Glue emblem (2.3) to front spoiler lip (2).
3. Glue double-sided adhesive tapes (2.1).

   Carrier foils (2.2) should not protrude more than approx. 2 cm at the ends.

4. Fold over carrier foils (2.2) to outside at an angle of 45°.

5. Insert covers (1.1) into front spoiler (1) and fasten with clips (12).
6. Clean front spoiler (1) in bonding area of front spoiler lip (2).

   The area to be glued must be free of dust and grease. Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.

7. Position front spoiler lip (2) on front spoiler (1) and lightly tighten bolts (1.3 and 1.4) by hand.

   Use nuts and washers together with bolts (1.4).

8. Lightly press on front spoiler lip (2) and pull out carrier foils (2.2).

   Permanently check whether front spoiler lip (2) is correctly aligned while pulling out protective foils (2.2).

   It is no longer possible to reposition after bonding.

9. Press front spoiler lip (2) from outside toward inside.

   When pressing on, ensure that the pressure is applied directly on the adhesive strips.

   The maximum adhesive strength is only reached after approx.

   72 h at 20 °C. Avoid any contact with moisture (e.g. rain, fog, frost, carwash) or any mechanical stress within the first 24 h.

   Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.

10. Tighten bolts (1.3 and 1.4).
