| 2 | Turn cap on engine coolant expansion reservoir a half turn counterclockwise, relieve overpressure and then unscrew the cap | ||

| 4 | Remove coolant hoses (2) | Figure | |
| 5 | Unlock and detach vacuum line (3) on charge air pipe (1) | ||
| 6 | Unlock and detach bleed line (4) on charge air pipe (1) | ||
| 7 | Unclip electrical wiring harness (5) at charge air pipe (1) | ||
| 8 | Remove screw/bolts (6) | *BA09.41-P-1001-01W | |
| 9 | Detach charge air pipe (1) from charge air distributor (8) | ||
| 10 | Unlock and detach bleed line (7) on charge air pipe (1) | ||
| 11 | Remove charge air pipe (1) | ||
| 12 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 13 | Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system | AR20.00-P-1142SR |
