While working on suspension components care must be taken to ensure that the surfaces of all aluminum components do not receive any scratches, cracks or notches.

Otherwise the service life of the parts will be reduced.

Do not tighten bolts and nuts on the suspension components until the vehicle is in ready-to-drive condition, to ensure that the parts are not tensioned.
