- When replacing the brake pads the left front, right brake pad contact sensor (S10/1, S10/2) and the right rear brake pad contact sensor (S10/4) must also be replaced.
- The left front and right brake pad contact sensor (S10/1, S10/2) and right rear brake pad contact sensor (S10/4) may only be installed on the inner brake pads.
- The electrical feed line of the contact sensor must be routed as shown in the illustration.
- Check correct latching of left front, right brake pad contact sensor connector (S10/1x1, S10/2x1) and right rear brake pad contact sensor connector (S10/4x1).
Ingressing moisture can result in the warning lamp lighting up.
