	Remove/install
1	Remove high-voltage battery heat exchanger (3)	Model 451.390/392/490/492 with code V03 (Battery cooling system) Coolant hoses can remain attached to the high-voltage battery heat exchanger (3).	AR20.00-P-0210MEX
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
2	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift
3	Remove front underfloor paneling
4	Remove screws/bolts (6)
5	Remove bolts (7)
6	Remove screws/bolts (8) from front axle carrier support (1)	Bolt, support, front axle carrier to body	*BA33.10-P-1003-01D
7	Unscrew retaining bracket (2)	: Pay attention to installation position. Bolt, support, front axle carrier to front axle carrier	*BA33.10-P-1002-01D
8	Detach coolant hoses from bracket (5)
9	Release and disconnect electrical connection (4)
10	Release and disconnect electrical connection (12)	Model 451.390/392/490/492 with code V01 (Anti-theft alarm system (FFO))
11	Guide front axle carrier support (1) down past high-voltage battery (arrows)	Pull the front axle carrier support (1) down until the screws/bolts (9, 10 and 11) on the high-voltage battery heater (R101) are accessible.
12	Remove screws/bolts (9, 10 and 11) and place high-voltage battery heater (R101) to one side
13	Pull out front axle carrier support (1) toward rear
14	Remove alarm siren with additional battery (H3/1)	Model 451.390/392/490/492 with code V01 (Anti-theft alarm system (FFO)) When installing a new front axle carrier support (1).
15	Remove bracket (5)	When installing a new front axle carrier support (1).
16	Unscrew bracket for front underfloor paneling	Model 451.390/392/490/492 except code V03 (Battery cooling system) When installing a new front axle carrier support (1).
17	Install in the reverse order
