	Remove
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
1	Remove radiator grille	If the fluid reservoir is positioned in front of the radiator.
	Clean
2	Clean inspection glass at fluid reservoir
	Procedure for a damaged or leaky air conditioning system		AH83.30-N-0004-01A
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Start engine and allow to idle
	Check
4	Monitor inspection glass and have a second person switch on air conditioning system and set it to maximum cooling output
5	Observe reaction in inspection glass when switching on electromagnetic clutch of refrigerant compressor.
		MODEL 461 with CODE H02 (Air-conditioning system) MODEL 463 up to model year 2013 with CODE H02 (Air-conditioning system) The refrigerant must rise and then flow through free of bubbles. At ambient temperatures above 35 °C, a number of bubbles or foam can form even if the filling capacity is correct. With loss of refrigerant: ↓ Empty, evacuate and refill air conditioning system subject to separate repair order, and check for proper operation and leaktightness.	AR83.30-P-1760A
6	Switch air conditioning off and turn engine off
