| 1 | Remove poly-V belt (1) | AR13.22-P-1202MCU | |
| 2 | Place one clamp for assembly tool (5) in the marked area (arrow A) on refrigerant compressor belt pulley | Fig 2 | |
| 3 | Turn engine at center bolt (3) through about 30° in direction of engine rotation until poly-V belt (2) lies on the first clamp for the assembly tool (5) | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Place a second clamp for assembly tool (5) in the marked area (arrow A) on refrigerant compressor belt pulley | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Continue to turn engine at the center bolt (3) through a further 30° until poly-V belt (2) lies on the second clamp for the assembly tool (5) | Fig 2 | |
| 6 | Press poly-V belt (2) using a suitable assembly lever in the upper area slightly outwards and turn engine at center bolt (3) until the poly-V belt (2) can be removed | ||

| 8 | Position poly-V belt (2) on belt pulley (4), lay in the upper area on the supercharger belt pulley and lock in place with a clamp for the assembly tool (5) in the marked area (arrow B) | Fig 2 | |
| 9 | Turn engine at center bolt (3) through about 30° in direction of engine rotation and lock poly-V belt (2) in place using the second clamp for the assembly tool (5) in the marked area (arrow B) | Fig 2 | |
