Check pedal height booster - AP86.20-P-8658C

INSPECT Check     
1 Check that accelerator pedal height adapter is seated securely    
2 Check that brake pedal height adapter is seated securely    
3 Check that threaded connections at brackets are tight Threaded connections not secured adequately:
↓
Retighten threaded connections.
