Remove/install oil-water heat exchanger - AR18.30-P-6840SXI

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.		 AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
1 Remove charge air manifold   AR09.41-P-1310SXI
2 Remove bolts (1) on oil/water heat exchanger TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA18.30-P-1001-01J 
3 Remove oil-water heat exchanger INSTALLATION NOTES Install new seals (3) to avoid leaks.
IMPORTANT Seals (3) and oil-water heat exchanger must be free of oil and grease.		  
4 Install in the reverse order    
5 Check engine oil level NOTES In order to avoid measurement errors, vehicle must be parked on an even surface.
IMPORTANT Inspect engine oil level about 5 min. after switching off warm engine		 AR18.00-P-3035-01SXI

6 Check for leaks with engine running    
7 Inspect cooling system for leaks Model 207 AR20.00-P-1010CW
