Determine oil consumption.
Example: oil filling capacity for engine before the measuring drive is 7.4 l. An oil filling capacity of 6.7 l is measured after the measuring drive (measurement distance 1123 km) and no oil is refilled. This gives a differential quantity of 0.7 l.

Any oil filling quantity which may have been replenished in the meantime should be added to the differential volume.
