The following sequence for the coolant pump must be observed to avoid consequential damage.
Use the reverse order of tightening to loosen the screw/bolts (1 to 9) of the coolant pump.
- 1.1 ENGINE 276
Tighten screw/bolts (1 to 11) according to Stage 1.
- 1.2 ENGINE 152, 157, 278
Tighten screw/bolts (1 to 15) according to Stage 1.
- 2.1 ENGINE 276
Tighten screw/bolts (1 to 11) according to Stage 2.
- 2.2 ENGINE 152, 157, 278
Tighten screw/bolts (1 to 15) according to Stage 2.
