Checking shock absorber - AR32.25-P-0121CW

INSPECT Check     
1 Check piston rod for surface damage, bending and for moving in the guide bush without jamming IMPORTANT Dispose of shock absorber if necessary.  
2 Check damper for external oil leaks IMPORTANT A thin film of oil on the shock absorber is permissible.
IMPORTANT Dispose of shock absorber if necessary.		  
3 Check elastomer bearings in housing eye IMPORTANT The elastomer bearings must be seated securely in the housing eye and must not be cracked or damaged.
Damaged elastomer bearings can cause thumping noises if installed.
IMPORTANT Dispose of shock absorber if necessary.
