2 Grind damaged area in paint with fine abrasive paper IMPORTANT The grain size must be at least 2500, a grain size between 3000 and 5000 is better.
3 Place polishing sponge exactly in the center on the polishing pad IMPORTANTCommercially available devices/tools

4 Before starting the first polishing process, slightly spray polishing sponge with deionized water
5 Thoroughly shake polish prior to using it and apply a small amount of polish to the paint or the polishing sponge Polish, silicone-free 5 I, DB supply specification 7545.00 *BR00.45-Z-1013-04A

6 Polish the surface to be treated for at least 10s at the lowest rotational speed, approx. 800 rpm (1st stage) with light pressure in cross-coat at damaged area NOTES Make uniform movements with the polishing machine and comply with the polishing time at a damaged area.
Otherwise visible irregularities are formed in the paint surface.
IMPORTANT On larger areas, make sure that one partial area (approx. 1/4 m) is always polished out at a time. Because the polish is ground while polishing, at the start a more abrasive effect is observed and the intensive gloss only appears at the end.
7 Polish the surface to be treated for a maximum of 30s at increased rotational speed, approx. 1300 rpm (3rd stage) to 1600 rpm (4th stage) at low pressure in cross-coat at damaged area NOTES Make uniform movements with the polishing machine and do not exceed the polishing time at a damaged area.
8 Spray on deionized water and remove polish residues with a tack rag IMPORTANTCommercially available device/tools

9 Seal polishing area with gloss preservation agent Gloss preservation, 500 ml, DB supply specification 7551.10 *BR00.45-Z-1014-04A
