Retrofit GPS antenna - AZ82.61-P-0003-02EW

Wrap felt tape around Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna wiring harness (18) of GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23).
Bond adhesive tape (19) to top of GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23).
The top of the GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23) can be recognized by the lettering "TOP" or by the spacer (arrow). The area of the GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23) to which the tape is going to be affixed must be free of dust and grease.
Wrap felt tape around GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23).
Do not cover the adhesive tape (19) with felt tape.

Remove protective foil from adhesive tape (19) of GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23) and bond GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23) onto bar (20) in installation opening of Audio/COMAND display as shown.
Also fasten GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23), as shown, using a cable tie (21).

Route GPS antenna wiring harness (18) through the cable duct of the Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) display wiring harness into the radio slot.
Route GPS antenna wiring harness (18) further into front passenger footwell to corresponding adapter wiring harness.
