1.1	Remove cover on right under the dashboard	Model 204.9, 207, 212 Model 218	AR68.10-P-1520CW
1.2	Remove glove box	Model 204.0/2/3	AR68.10-P-1200CW
2	Disconnect electrical connector (2)
3	Unclip electrical connector (5) from blower motor (A32m1)
4	Detach cable tie (4) from electrical line
5	Unhook electrical line from retaining tab (arrow) of blower motor (A32m1)
6	Release shackle (1)	Press shackle lightly downwards.
7	Twist blower motor (A32m1) until markings (3) match. This unlocks the bayonet connection.	The rotation arrow between the two markings (3) designates the rotation direction when installing the blower motor (A32m1).
8	Remove blower motor (A32m1) from air conditioning housing (A32) and remove downward from instrument panel.	The narrow space makes it difficult to remove and install the blower motor (A32m1).
9	Install in the reverse order
