The knock-on balancing weight must be mounted on the impact extractor (02) such that the impact travel is short.

This prevents damage to the body when the pinion housing (2) is pulled out.

Mount pulling device (03) on drive flange (4).

Attach impact extractor (02) to pulling device (03).
Pull pinion housing (2) out of front axle differential (1).
