Routing diagram
- Attach round cable lug (10) with inside diameter of 6 mm at brown line (br).
- Connect brown line (br) of power supply wiring harness at left front footwell ground point (W15/5).
- Open driver footwell cable duct (3).
- Route red line (rt) of power supply wiring harness from left front footwell ground point (W15/5) to driver footwell cable duct (3).
- Open all driver footwell cable ducts (3).
- Place left floor covering (5) in rear passenger compartment to one side.
- Open left rear passenger compartment cable duct (6).
- Route red line (rt) along driver footwell cable ducts (3) to B-pillar.
- Route red line (rt) into the B-pillar cable duct (4) using a pull-through device.
- Route red line (rt) along left rear passenger compartment cable duct (6).
- Close left rear passenger compartment cable duct (6) and driver footwell cable ducts (3).
- Route red line (rt) from left rear passenger compartment cable duct (6) along vehicle wiring harness (9) into trunk as shown.
- Fix red line (rt) in place on vehicle wiring harness (9) using cable ties.
- Route red line (rt), as shown, along vehicle wiring harness to cable duct (8).
- Route red line (rt) along cable duct (8) in trunk to rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
- Fix red line (rt), as shown, to vehicle body with felt tape (7).
- Fix red line (rt) in place on vehicle wiring harness using cable ties (arrows C).
- Unclip transparent fuse holder (7-pin) (2) from brackets (arrows D) on rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
Only for vehicles in which the transparent fuse holder (7-pin) (2) is already installed.
- Open locks (arrow A and B) on transparent fuse holder (7-pin) (2).
On vehicles in which the transparent fuse holder (7-pin) (2) is already installed, this holder is used. Otherwise, the transparent 7-pin fuse holder (2) included in the package contents is to be used.
- Install red line (rt) in the slot "1" of the transparent 7-pin fuse holder (2) and lock it (arrow B).
The numbering of the slots is on the rear of the transparent fuse holder (7- pin) (2).
- Install electrical fuse 65 (N10/2f65) with power of 7.5 A into the slot "1" of the transparent 7-pin fuse holder (2) and close the lock on the transparent 7-pin fuse holder (2).
- Clip transparent fuse holder (7-pin) (2) into marked colored slot on rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).
