Install and weld in wheel well - AR62.20-P-1200-17CWA

MODEL 204, 207, 212, 218 Version without striker

The following steps are shown on model 204.0.

Install front wheel well (1), fit and fix in place with straightening tool.
Push new part below remaining piece on body (arrows) when replacing left wheel well.
Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in front wheel well (1) (areas C and D).

Install crossmember (3), fit and fix in place.
Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in inner area of main floor and on crossmember (3) (areas I, J, K, M, N and O).
Remove front wheel well (1) and crossmember (3).
Deburr rivet holes on both sides
Coat insides of those riveted joints that will not also be bonded with zinc dust paint.
Perform following operation step 9 only on model 207, 212 and model 218.
Apply 2-component adhesive in crosshatched area (area GH).

Install front wheel well (1), fit and fix in place.
Apply 2-component adhesive in crosshatched area (area X₁ ).
Do not coat bonding surfaces with zinc dust paint.

Otherwise adhesion problems can occur (area X₁ ).

Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.
Install crossmember (3), fit and fix in place.
Rivet crossmember (3) with Ø 6.5 12.5 mm rivets (areas P, Q, R and T).
