Remove/install bottom part of oil pan - AR01.45-P-7555EW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
REMOVING Notes on avoiding damage through contamination and foreign objects   AH00.00-P-5000-01A
1 Drain engine oil    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Engine oil and filter change   AP18.00-P-0101EW
2 Remove bolts (1) on oil pan bottom section (1) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA01.45-P-1003-01M 
3 Loosen and remove oil pan bottom section (1) from oil pan (2) NOTES To do this screw bolt into the forcing bore (1a) and detach oil pan bottom section (1) from oil pan (2) using the assembly wedge. Just pry off oil pan bottom section (1) with the bolt from the oil pan (2) until it is possible to push mounting wedge between the sealing surfaces otherwise the oil pan bottom section (1) and sealing surface of the oil pan (2) can be damaged.
IMPORTANT If necessary, heat oil pan bottom section (1) in area of the sealing surfaces using hot air gun.

    Loctite 5970 sealant *BR00.45-Z-1013-01A 
CLEAN Clean     
4 Clean sealing surfaces on oil pan bottom section (1) and oil pan (2). NOTES Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper as this will damage the sealing surfaces. AR01.00-P-0050-01A
    Loctite 7200 *BR00.45-Z-1038-04A 
    Loctite 7063 cleaning spray (150 ml) *BR00.45-Z-1046-04A 
5 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Checking     
6 Check engine oil level; correct if necessary    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Engine oil and filter change   AP18.00-P-0101EW
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

7 Conduct engine test run and check engine for leaks
