Remove/install bottom part of oil pan - AR01.45-P-7555CWX

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove engine compartment paneling INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Only install engine compartment paneling after engine test run and leak test.  
2 Drain engine oil Model 204 AP18.00-P-0101CWZ
    Model 212 AP18.00-P-0101EW
3 Remove bolts (1a) on oil pan bottom section (1) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA01.45-P-1003-01M 
4 Loosen and remove oil pan bottom section (1) from oil pan (2) NOTES Pry off oil pan bottom section (1) by screwing a bolt into pry-off bore (1b) of oil pan (2) and detach it from oil pan (2) using a mounting wedge. Pry off oil pan bottom section (1) from oil pan (2) using bolt just far enough for the mounting wedge to be slid in between sealing surfaces otherwise the oil pan bottom section (1) and sealing surface of the oil pan (2) may be damaged.
IMPORTANT If oil pan bottom section (1) cannot be loosened from oil pan (2), heat oil pan bottom section (1) in area around sealing surfaces using hot air gun.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Observe notes on application of sealant to oil pan bottom section (1): ↓

    Loctite 5970 sealant *BR00.45-Z-1013-01A 
CLEAN Clean     
5 Clean sealing surfaces on oil pan bottom section (1) and oil pan (2). NOTES Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper as this will damage the sealing surfaces. AR01.00-P-0050-01A
    Loctite 7200 *BR00.45-Z-1038-04A 
    Loctite 7063 cleaning spray (150 ml) *BR00.45-Z-1046-04A 
6 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Checking     
7 Check engine oil level and correct if required Model 204 AP18.00-P-0101CWZ
    Model 212 AP18.00-P-0101EW
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

8 Carry out engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaks
