1. Remove plastic screws (2) from vehicle lift support point (1).
2. Pry vehicle lift support point (1) out of longitudinal members.

   Do not use sharp-edged tools.

   Otherwise this can result in damage to the longitudinal member.

3. Insert vehicle lift safety devices (01) into longitudinal members.

   Model 117, 118, 156, 166, 171, 172, 176, 177, 192, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 209, 211, 212, 213, 214, 216, 217, 218, 219, 221, 222, 223, 231, 232, 236, 238, 242, 243, 246, 247, 253 (except 253.992/993), 254, 257, 290, 292

   Always attach vehicle lift safety devices (01) in pairs at two positions in longitudinal members of vehicle.

4. Swivel levers (01a) of vehicle lift safety devices (01) to the right.

   The vehicle lift safety devices (01) are then locked onto the longitudinal members.

5. Adjust support plates (4) of vehicle lift swivel arms (3) to height of vehicle lift safety devices (01) or to height of remaining vehicle lift support points (1).

   Turn the support plates (4) until they make contact with the vehicle lift safety devices (01) or the vehicle lift support points (1) of the longitudinal members.

6. Lift vehicle with lifting platform.
7. Lash down vehicle lift safety devices (01) on vehicle lift swivel arms (3) using tensioning straps.
8. Remove in the reverse order.
