Use only paint and paint system approved by Daimler AG.

Mask cross-hatch pattern (A) on contour edge of rear mud flaps (2), as shown in the diagram.
Ensure that no paint or paint fog gets onto the cross-hatch pattern (A) of the rear mud flaps (2).
Pretreat rear mud flaps (2) according to Daimler AG painting guidelines and paint outside of rear mud flaps (2) to match vehicle color.
Outside of new rear mud flaps (2) is already coated with transparent primer.
Remove masking tape from rear mud flaps (2) when the paint has set.
