  1. Install roof spoiler (1) on rear window, center and mark position with adhesive tape (3).

IMPORTANT Ensure that the distance to the outside sides is the same on the left and right.

  2. Cut adhesive tape (3) with knife in gap between roof spoiler (1) and roof.

Carefully separate adhesive tape (3) with knife. Otherwise damage may occur.

  3. Remove roof spoiler (1) and clean rear window in bonding area.

IMPORTANT The area on the rear window to be glued must be free of dust and grease. Observe manufacturers instructions.

  8. Slightly remove protective foils (5) from adhesive strips on roof spoiler (1) at ends and bend 45° in direction of outer edge.

IMPORTANT Fix bent protective foils (5) in place on outside of roof spoiler (1) with adhesive tape (3).

  9. Place roof spoiler (1) on rear window and align to previously attached adhesive tape (3).
  10. Remove protective foil (5) in increments of 15 to 20 cm starting at one side and firmly press on roof spoiler (1).

When pressing on, ensure that the pressure is applied directly on the adhesive tape. The maximum adhesive force is reached after approx. 72 hours at 20°C. Avoid any contact with moisture (e.g. rain, fog, carwash) within the first 24 hours. Prevent any mechanical stress. Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

IMPORTANT Do not remove protective foil (5) all at once. To increase process reliability when installing roof spoiler (1), conclude by pressing roof spoiler (1) down rear window using a clean cotton rag, starting at one side.

  11. Remove adhesive tapes (3).
