| 2 | Disconnect electrical connectors on intake air temperature sensor (B17) and pressure sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/6) | ||
| 3 | Disconnect electrical plug connector on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 4 | Unclip electrical line (4) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 5 | Unscrew bolts (5) for charge air cooler (2) on intake manifold (1) | *BA09.41-P-1001-01O | |
| 6 | Loosen clamp (6) for intake manifold (1) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 7 | Detach charge air cooler (2) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on intake manifold (1) | ||
| 8 | Unclip electrical line (3) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 9 | Remove bolts (7) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | *BA09.41-P-1002-01O | |
| 10 | Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air cooler (2) | ||
| 11 | Remove seal (8) for throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on charge air cooler (2) | ||
| 12 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 13 | Read out fault memory with STAR DIAGNOSIS and erase if necessary | AD00.00-P-2000-04A |
